U.Ok.-based Rapt Movies has acquired worldwide gross sales rights for “Before I Do,” Gary Jaffe’s LGBTQ+ rom-com starring Cole Doman and Michael Hsu Rosen.
The movie, which is world premiering at Frameline pageant on Friday, follows a “lakeside bachelor party weekend that devolves into riotous chaos when the groom realizes his latent romantic feelings for an old friend,” based on its synopsis. Watch an unique clip beneath.
Alongside Doman — who is about to star in Netflix’s upcoming “Kennedy” collection — and “Sex Lives of College Girls” actor Hsu Rosen, “Before I Do” stars Nico Greetham (“American Horror Story,” “Love, Victor”), Robin de Jesús (“Black Rabbit,” “Tick, Tick… Boom!”) and Jared Reinfeldt (“Feud: Capote vs. The Swans,” “Gossip Girl”).
“Before I Do” marks Jaffe’s debut function after his award-winning quick “Last Summer With Uncle Ira,” which premiered at Outfest. Lead producers embrace Emily McCann Lesser (“Fantasy Life”) and Thomas
Wallis of Two Canz Movies, with Joe Pirro (“The Wedding Banquet”) govt producing.
