Halfway via its last season, The Boys returned to the highest of Nielsen’s streaming charts, and a former NBC sequence jumped into the rankings after being added to Netflix.
The Boys drew 947 million minutes of viewing time for the week of April 27-Might 3, up about 7 p.c from the previous week. It was the primary time the Prime Video sequence took the No. 1 general spot because the week of its season four finale in July 2024.
Netflix’s Running Point grew within the week after its season two premiere, rising about 17 p.c to 900 million minutes and ending second general. One other Netflix present, Man on Fire, had the week’s largest debut with 805 million minutes of watch time. The Pitt (583 million) continued to hold within the prime 10 originals two weeks after its season finale on HBO Max.
On the acquired sequence ledger, La Brea joined the rankings with 881 million viewing minutes of viewing after becoming a member of Netflix’s catalog on Might 1. The sequence, which aired on NBC from 2021-24, additionally streams on Peacock.
Apex led the film prime 10 for a second straight week with 697 million minutes of viewing, and Netflix’s animated movie Swapped completed second with 503 million minutes for its opening weekend. The Satan Wears Prada (328 million on HBO Max and Hulu) grew considerably week to week as its sequel hit theaters.
