The official trailer for Eli Roth‘s “Ice Cream Man,” has been launched. The slasher movie will probably be launched on Aug. 7 in 2,000 North American venues.
The trailer reveals a bunch of kids descending into insanity after shopping for ice cream. In a single clip, they looming over sleeping mother and father, making snow angels in a pool of blood, and holding down a lady as considered one of them takes a bat to her abdomen.
Set in an idyllic summer time city, horror descends when an ice cream man serves youngsters ice cream with horrifying outcomes. The movie stars Ari Millen (“Orphan Black”) because the titular character, together with Benjamin Byron Davis (“Guardians of the Galaxy 3”), Karen Cliche (“Thanksgiving”), Dylan Hawco (“Heartland”), Sarah Abbott (“The Body”), Shiloh O’Reilly (“Thanksgiving”), Kiori Mirza Waldman, Charlie Zeltzer (“The Handmaid’s Tale”), and Charlie Storey (“Thanksgiving”).
Together with directing and producing the movie, Roth co-wrote the script with longtime collaborator Noah Belson (“The Rotten Fruit”).
The movie options an authentic rating from composer Brandon Roberts with extra music by Snoop Dogg, and prosthetic make-up results by Steve Newburn (“Thanksgiving”) and Adrien Morot (“The Whale”). Cream Productions’ Kate Harrison (“Thanksgiving”) served as producer alongside Roth.
Roth co-wrote the script with longtime collaborator Noah Belson. “Ice Cream Man” marks the primary movie below The Horror Part’s banner.
The Horror Part, based in 2025, is Roth’s firm which curateshorror-centric experiences. It’s upcoming slate additionally contains “Don’t Go In That House, Bitch!,” with Snoop Dogg on board as a producer in addition to author and performer on the unique soundtrack.
