Inside Zegna’s Runway Present Afterparty at Bar Marmont With Shock Efficiency by The Sparks

After taking on Malibu Pier early Friday night to current its summer season 2027 runway presentation, Zegna introduced the social gathering to West Hollywood’s Bar Marmont for a post-show celebration lit up by a shock efficiency by the Sparks.

Entrance row stars from the worlds of fashion, movie, music and sports activities together with Rami Malek, Stellan Skarsgard, Paul Dano, Roman Coppola, Gael García Bernal, Kevin Love, Ludwig Goransson and others turned up on Zegna’s curated scene, which was designed to “blur the line between fashion show, cinema and cultural gathering.” To perform this, Zegna recruited Ron and Russell Mael and their Sparks band — on an evening off from their worldwide tour — to carry out a rousing set that bought the group dancing.

In the meantime, an enormous display screen mounted towards the backdrop of Bar Marmont mirrored movies by achieved auteurs like Federico Fellini (La Dolce Vita, Amarcord, Roma), Luchino Visconti (Dialog Piece), Michelangelo Antonioni (L’Eclisse), Ettore Scola (C’eravamo Tanto Amati), Lina Wertmüller (Swept Away), Franco Brusati (Dimenticare Venezia), Salvatore Samperi (Malizia) and others.

The scenes performed weren’t unintentional as lots of the moments knowledgeable the artistic decisions of Zegna creative director Alessandro Sartori as he designed the gathering, which the model mentioned was “shaped by the spirit of summer and Zegna’s continued dialogue between Italian craftsmanship and the world around us.” (See images of the runway presentation here.)

Talking of dialogue, Zegna needed to put an emphasis on intimacy and staying within the second so private pictures was not permitted contained in the social gathering, a rarity for a Los Angeles gathering.
