British-Australian indie powerhouse See-Saw Films has signed a multi-year strategic slate manufacturing financing partnership with Paris-based funding agency Entourage Ventures.
Beneath the deal, Entourage will make investments as much as $50 million in fairness over the following three years throughout a slate of options for See-Noticed, lately acquired by Mediawan. See-Noticed is behind hit TV reveals equivalent to “Slow Horses” and “Heartstopper” and award-winning movies together with “The Power of the Dog,” “The Son” and “The King’s Speech.”
The structured fairness dedication is anticipated to cut back See-Noticed’s reliance on the standard pre-sales mannequin and supply it extra flexibility over financing constructions.

See-Noticed will proceed to steer artistic growth, packaging, manufacturing and gross sales throughout the slate, working alongside its in-house gross sales arm Cross Metropolis Movies, in addition to filmmakers, forged, distribution and platform companions. See-Noticed’s upcoming movie releases embrace “Tenzing” for Apple Unique Movies and “Heartstopper Forever” for Netflix.
Entourage lately signed the same strategic settlement with Italy’s Mediawan-owned Our Movies — which is at Cannes as producer of Paweł Pawlikowski’s “Fatherland” — to put money into movies that they produce in partnership with international streamer Mubi.
The deal between Entourage Ventures and See-Noticed was signed by Gillis on behalf of See-Noticed, Hubert Caillard (Intervista) on behalf of Entourage Ventures and Vincent Lebègue on behalf of Mediawan.
